House Mouse

The Smallest House Rodent here in South Carolina at about 4 inches long not counting the tail. The House Mouse will invade a house and multiply and take over it in no time if you do not take the appropriate steps to get rid of them. One Female mouse can have 3-14 at a time, and have up to 5 to 10 litters a year.

Roof Rat

The Roof Rat is typically 6 inches long not counting the tail. They will have a coat darker than the House mouse and will generally be found in the attic or high areas of a house or building. They are very skittish and do not take to baiting or trapping well because they do not like anything new in their environment.

Norway Rat

The Norway Rat can be up to 11 inches long not counting their tail making it our biggest house invader yet. They are distinguished by their brown bodies and just larger size in general. Norway Rats are pretty much where ever humans are to most extent. they have been found on every continent except Antarctica. They are also very skittish and do not take to baiting or trapping well because they do not like new things in their environment.
